Website privacy
Last updated: October 2026. This notice covers reichardlabs.com, not the Cur8 mobile app. The Cur8 app privacy policy is separate.
Optional analytics
We load PostHog only after you accept analytics. It measures page visits, App Store link clicks, and successful waitlist signups, and collects technical logs and unhandled error reports to help improve the website. Events may contain page URLs, referrers, browser/device information, timestamps, and pseudonymous session and visitor identifiers. They are not guaranteed to be anonymous.
We disable session replay, automatic interaction capture, and person profiles. Our explicit event and log payloads do not include your name, email, or form message. Error reports may include technical messages and stack traces.
Accepted analytics are processed by PostHog in the region associated with this website's configured ingestion host. Analytics identifiers are stored in local storage. Your analytics preference is stored separately so we can remember either acceptance or refusal.
Your choice
Declining does not affect the website or waitlist. Use the Analytics preferences button to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking and removes the SDK's persisted visitor record. Tab-scoped session markers may remain until you close the tab; withdrawing does not delete reports already sent. Development builds do not run analytics.
Waitlist form
Submitting the waitlist sends your email and technical submission details to Web3Forms so we can receive your request and notify you about launches. This form works independently of optional analytics. The website also saves submitted emails in your browser's local storage to avoid duplicate local entries.
Contact and deletion requests
For questions about these providers, current analytics retention settings, or deletion requests, contact support@reichardlabs.com. Browser analytics use pseudonymous identifiers, so locating a report may require additional information.
